Another Pet Society Garden Update June 9, 2009

This morning I was excited to see that how my new Pet Society Garden had grown.  The seeds I planted yesterday sprouted a white lily, a blue pansy and a pink cattleya orchid.  I pulled all of them out and planted some new flowers in the holes.  Once they are pulled out of the holes, they cannot be placed back in an empty hole, which is a bit annoying, since this means we can’t rearrange our gardens (except in pots) once the flowers are grown.

On the vegetable front, I have a cabbage and some sweetheart roots still growing.

I also made the mistake of pulling out a tiny sweetheart root before it grew bigger. I wish I’d waited until it grew bigger because I cannot replant it now…but I was too curious what it was.

I fed the sweetheart root to my pet, and she ate it up! I wish I’d gotten a screencap of it, but I was too late.

I was wondering how many types of Pet Society flowers and vegetables are available. I’ve seen either in my garden or in the forum the following:
Flowers: blue pansy, white lily, pink orchid, sunflower, red lips tulip
Vegetables: cabbage, carrots, radish, pink sweetheart root
Trees: still unknown (but there are at least two varieties from the sprouts)

I’ll post another update later for my second batch of seeds!
