Today, new features were added to the cooking feature. Playfish says that some bugs have been fixed (hopefully this means my game won’t crash all the time when I’m collecting my cooked foods). Additionally, we can now cook three new seasonal recipes. According to We must learn these seasonal recipes during the next 18 days, and once we have learned the recipes, we will be able to cook the foods at any time.
For 100 coins you can learn to cook a festive turkey, and for 500 coins you can learn to cook a festive yule log. There’s also an option to cook a festive pudding, which Momo hasn’t managed to unlock yet. It’s not clear how much my poor pet will have to cook to unlock the pudding, and Momo is really getting tired of cooking soup. Both the festive yule log and festive pudding look very similar to items sold in the food shop last year. So yummy!

I’ve already cooked 21 soups, 3 hot dogs, 2 hot cakes, 2 burgers, a turkey an 2 pineapple. Tthey are 31 dishes, and i DIDN’T unlocked the pudding yet. Do you know how much i must cook to unlock it???
And now to unlock the banana split it ask me 40 dishes more.

Marti, I’m working on unlocking the banana split too. I don’t know how many dishes it will take to unlock the pudding either. I wish the recipe book said how many.

Hi Marti, I found out from another commenter that you have to unlock the banana split. That’s the same level the pudding unlocks.

You unlock the pudding at the same level you unlock the banana split. I just unlocked it today.

my pet is sick of cake logs… its kinda disappointing that you cant use the oven from the shops to cook. if we keep this up our houses is gonna glow like a nuke power plant.

You can’t cook festive pudding anymore, I think it’s because they erase some item from the store that you need to cook it!!!!!!!!
