Poll: Pet Society Husky: Dog or Cat? January 9, 2010

Momo and her dolls and plushies held a conference today to decide if the Pet Society husky plushie was a dog or a cat.  The dogs thought the new hushy plushie was really a cat in disguise, while the cats were certain the husky was a sneaky dog.  Neither the dogs or cats were happy to accept the husky plushie as one of their own. Momo wasn’t sure what to think.  She thought the husky plushie might be a cog or maybe a dat.

What do you think?  Does the husky plushie look more like a dog or cat?

p.s. Right after posting this topic, I noticed that the wonderful Pet Society Mystery has posted a very similar poll!  His topic was in the list of possibly related blog posts by wordpress.

Pet Society Tomato Rumors January 9, 2010

The official Pet Society facebook page reported yesterday that “Gigantic vegetables spotted in the Pet Society gardens! Grow your own now and sell it to make a profit!” with this picture of a gigantic tomato.

I even uprooted some young vegetables to plant some new seeds today.  Unfortunately, the tomato plant is not yet released, and Playfish has been circulating a teaser image. A Playfish Admin said the tomato picture “is just a sneak peak at things to come, it’s not able to be grown yet.” :(   I wish I hadn’t uprooted my vegetables early.

Anyway, I guess we all just have to be patient and wait until it’s really out.  Maybe it’ll be worth planting a few seeds after the weekly release on Monday.

Updated to add (Jan. 12, 2009) -  A Playfish Admin posted a comment about the tomatoes saying, Just wanted to let everyone know that there still isn’t a tomato, and not to expect one soon. The post that went out on the fan page was a bit of a glitch. But there’s plenty of other gigantic vegetables you can grow in your garden!”

Momo and I are going back to our regular gardening practices now.
