The long-awaited Valentine Heartfish was finally released into the Pet Society pond today. There was a lot of confusion surrounding the release of this fish. Playfish initially announced it was released Feb. 2nd, then after no players could catch it, Playfish said that the Valentine Heartfish had not been released and would not be released in the near future. Now, 23 days after the original announcement, Playfish has announced that the Valentine Heartfish can truly be caught from the pond. It’s taken a long time, but Playfish finally has sorted out the problem. I guess it’s better late then never.
The Valentine Heartfish is a special fish. To catch it, you will need to use the homegrown love cherries, which grow on the love tree, as your bait.
Momo just caught one! I’m so glad it’s finally in the pond.

You don’t have to use a cherry. I’m not sure which food I was using, but it was a veggie or fruit that cost 5 coins.
