Yes, from what I know, the coyotes all look the same. The only way to change the color is to spend real money on the color biscuits.

Sometimes it’s really hard to catch a fish. Just try a few times each day, and eventually you’ll get it!

You still have to feed them or they’ll rub away =/
Faith, I heard from others that petlings will still run away if they are not fed, even if you place them in your inventory.

I dont know if anyone has been on Pet Society in the last 12 0r so hours, but it seems that Playfish have made new arrangements to the layout of Pet Society. I for one think that they have copied the layout of Zynga’s game, Petville, which in the last month has increased in popularity and is now the third-most played game on facebook, with Pet Society now trailing behind… I dont know if anyone else has had an update on their account yet, I can assure you it will be a shock :S
The only reason I play Pet Society rather than Petville is the layout and the items, I just hope they wont change this too :L
(The plus side is, that everyone receives 3,000 coins after the upgrade…)

Actually, you can click on the leave house button, it brings you to a shortcut screen. But you can still go bump trees, just click on “friend street”.
That said, I think the new layout makes PS look like a kid’s game. =_=

Hi Terry, yes, I think everyone had the changes at the same time. I don’t play Petville, so I didn’t realize Pet Society was copying their layout. I am getting used to the changes myself. It does look really different.

and 35 coins when we visit, whether they are active or not! It’s ok, change is good. As long as my pet looks the same and my house didn’t change then I’m fine

ahem… now that i’ve taken some time to get familiar with the new changes xD i am actually liking them!
i notice that our pet doesn’t trudge about anymore when their food level is 0 (less trips to food shop!)
35 coins for first 50 visits… 20 for the next 25 visits… then 15 coins for the rest (i believe so but i’ve only hugged about 110 pets… can someone confirm this?)
and our pet does not walk all the way from one end to the other just to hug friends during visit.. which imo.. is the best change they implemented this time cause it’s a huge time saver!
I agree. I noticed this right away. My pet shows up right next to my friend’s pet. I always hated having to walk slowly all the way across the room for a hug. I love this change.
Yes, ceres-gal, you’re right about the coins from visiting. That’s what the Playfish Admin posted. I like the new time savers in the game. Visiting used to take so much longer!

i hate the new layout! it’s so kiddish and everything is so different! and there are no shortcuts anymore! everything is so weird. the only thing that’s actually good is more money and visiting friends faster! now the game looks like a game for 6 year olds!!!

the new layout is kinda cute but i think pet society is for kids so made the layout more kiddish… I only liked it because items are more organized, the new map, wider screen, easy visiting but still I’m confused on what should I click Like I was looking for my pet’s food but i clicked the wardrobe… The new layout is okay to me but they must change the images or graphics…. >.<

Yes, it’s not in the city, but you can click on “Add coins” in the left corner to visit the bank.

you know what happened to me just now?? i wanted to buy playfish cash atlast using paymo, they asked me to send two messages which cost more than the cash coins then after that they said an error occured!! so they didnt give me my refund!!!
BTW i dont like the new layout in pet society i think it’s a little bit like cheap games!

While I was helping my friend catch a breadfish, I was crapping about how I always buy 5 bait and catch it on the fifth try, and immediately after I finished, the breadfish was caught jus on the first try!! Haha!

I dont like the new layout. I dont like how they have friends so “colorful.” I’de rather have the old version. The only thing I like is how they organized our items and the map. But that also means no more shaking trees for coins. HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET CANDY FROM HALLOWEEN?
you can still bump trees just go to the friend street on the map and it goes to the old towny thing
