There’s a new special fish in the Pet Society fish pond that was released today. It’s a Koi Fish, and it can be caught with any of the Japanese foods found in the Mystery Bento Boxes.

Momo caught one on her first try with green tea!  The tea was still steaming even when in the pond.  heehee!  Good luck fishing!

Momo and I love the new Mystery Bento boxes. I bought a bunch and tried to find all the items. I think there are eight in all, but let me know if I’m missing any!

Each item resells for 33 coins, and all of the items are edible. :D

The new Pet Society items were added to the stores today. Is your pet ready to visit Japan?  Here’s the latest newspaper.

In the garden shop, there is a stone lantern and a Japanese hot spring. Also, as shown in the newsletter above, you can now grow a sakura tree from the regular tree seed in the garden store (among other trees).

In the mystery shop, there’s a mystery bento box with an array of tasty Japanese foods hidden in the box.

In the furniture store, “this week’s specials” are a modern pink futon bed and a pink kotatsu with sleeping cat.

The “just arrived” items are a modern brown futon bed, wave painting (the second installment in the fine art collection), a manga shelf, a ceremonial tea cup and teapot, an electric rice cooker, and a blue kotatsu with sleeping cat.

In the market, there’s a pink teru teru bozu, green water yo-yo, pink water yo-yo, purple water yo-yo, a pink paper crane, and a princess doll as “this week’s specials.” The “just arrived” items include the wave painting and electric rice cooker (also on sale in the furniture store), a white teru teru bozu, pink pots, a shiba inu plushie, and a white paper crane.

In the food shop, the mystery bento box is on sale (as in the mystery shop).

In the clothing shop, “this week’s specials” are a purple kimono, pink zori sandals, purple traditional headpiece, and a red hachimaki. The “just arrived” items include a Japanese schoolgirl uniform and shoes, a pink kimono, pink traditional headpiece, a sakura headpiece, a green kimono, red zori sandals, a black kimono, grey zori sandals, a geisha wig and an anime wig.

In the DIY store, “this week’s specials” is a Zen garden door, and the “just arrived items include Japanese traditional wallpaper, tatami floor, a display room shelf, and a sakura lantern.

I love this week’s items!  I think the kimonos are beautiful, the water yo-yos are really cute!  The painting is lovely too.

Do you like this week’s items? Which ones are your favorites? least favorites?
