The burritos are not authentical mexican food, in Mexico they eat TACOS, and the Chiles en Nogada are really yummy, once you eat one, you want more hehe, one Chile en Nogada is the size of a cucumber, the white thing is the “Nogada”, that is made with nuts.

Oh and about the new thing: is made with a kind of corn and chocolate, but it can be made with strawberry, vanilla and other things. it’s delicious.
The word xocolatl (and NOT xocoatl -.- ) comes from the Nahuatl, an indigenous language spoken in Mexico, and means chocolate.
So in theory the name given to the new food says “chocolate chocolate.”
In Mexico it is not called “chocolate xocolatl”, it is called ATOLE.
Yeah I was guessing xocolatl means chocolate because the dish looks like hot chocolate pudding~ so yummy looking!! I was googling on Chiles en Nogada after u told me about it hehe~ I can’t wait to try it sometimes.
I’m in Canada and we don’t have as many authentic Mexican dishes as our neighbor, the States. I usually order burritos, tacos, nachos( sorry if this isn’t Mexican it sounds like it ^^) and quesadillas. The restaurants probably have dishes such as Chiles en Nogada but I’ve taken notice..probably didn’t wanna risk it and ordered sth I knew instead:P but next time I’m definitely gonna look into it~ thanks again <3
The enchiladas are real mexican food too.
They are made with tortilla and are covered with tomato and sometimes covered with cheese..
The word “enchilada” o “enchilado” means spicy in Spanish.
There are enchiladas made with beef, chicken or beans.

I really want to try one. My husband grew up in Texas on the border and never heard of it even though his family is Mexican. The food on the border must be very different from interior Mexican food. Thanks, *Mrs. ViCorn*, for teaching us about the foods!

i tried each day up and i used my tomato salsa and still no maracafish. im thinking that maybe i wont catch the maracafish
