Playing Pet Society hasn’t been enjoyable for me lately. It’s been feeling like a chore instead of a game, and we all know that games shouldn’t be chores. They should be fun! Although I’ll miss my Momo, I’ve decided to stop playing and blogging at Pet Society World.

The Pet Society treasure hunting feature was updated last Thursday with new “weekly” item at the “Town Forest” digging site. The new item is the Luminous Chinese Bunny Lantern.

A new item was added for us to send as free gifts to our friends last Thursday. It’s a Small Japanese Garden Fence.
Do you like the new gift? Is your pet planning to decorate with the new fence?
New items were added to the Pet Society mystery boxes last Thursday. In the gold boxes, there’s a Mochi Bunny Plushie and a Pomelo Hat. In the purple boxes, there’s a Pink Bunny Ribbon.

This week in Pet Society, the trip to Japan continues and our pets will also visit China!
In the outdoor shop, the “just arrived” items are a Japanese garden flower pot and a luminous tree with Chinese lanterns.
The “one week only” items are a Japanese garden parasol, Chinese early autumn garden table and stool, Japanese shrine gate, and a Japanese garden bench. The parasol and garden bench wound look a lot nicer without the pink slime on them…I guess the slime is supposed to be cherry blossom petals?
In the mystery shop, there’s a Japanese garden mystery egg machine.
Also, please note that it’s the last week to buy mystery eggs from the stone age mystery egg machine.
In the market, the “one week only” items are a lotus painting and a buttercup plushie. The “just arrived” item is a tanuki plushie.
The limited edition item for coins is sashimi boat. The new collaborative item is a pawpaw revolution dance arcade.
In the food shop, you can buy a pink icecream mooncake and a chocolate pet mooncake.
In the clothing shop girl sections, the “just arrived” items are from the Pet Society Fall 2010 Collection. The clothing was designed by players as part of the fashionista competition. There’s the Le Rock & Chic Ensemble, the Autumn Bloom Outfit, Sweet Starry Night Pajama Outfit, Lord of the Bunnies Outfit, and Urban Chic Outfit. Aren’t they great!?
In the DIY store, the “one week only” item is the Chinese evening stone floor and the “just arrived” item is the Chinese evening orchard wallpaper..
Also “just arrived” is the Japanese tea room alcove.
My favorite items are the new plushies. I love the new clothes too!

Pet Society fans were subjected to Playfish’s latest sloppiness in yet another glitch. Apparently the Basset Hound Plushie released yesterday expired way sooner than it should have, and after receiving hundreds of complaints, Pet Society will re-do the feed. Watch for this free item on the Pet Society Facebook fan page where there will be a link to click and receive the plushie. Hopefully, it’ll work for everyone this time.
This week in Pet Society, get ready to take another trip to Japan!
In the outdoor shop, there’s a sign to build a collaborative cherry tree bonsai.
You can buy an Okonomiyaki Takeaway.
There’s also a Japanese garden lantern, Japanese garden cooking pot, and a Japanese garden gong.
There’s a monkey thermal bath and an ornamental Japanese temple entrance.
In the mystery shop, along with the repeated Japanese garden lantern from the outdoor store, there’s a paper ceiling lamp and luminous fish Japanese lantern.
In the furniture store, the “just arrived” items are a steam cooker and a matsuri food stand.
In the market, there’s a sign reminding us to collect Hideeni’s moody fruit plushies. Also, a new limited item will be released tomorrow that sells for coins. It’s the Pink Kappa Plushie.
There’s also a daruma decoration available for “one week only.” The “just arrived” items are the kappa plushie and kappa mask.
You can also purchase Hideeni’s moody fruit tree display.
In the clothing shop girl sections, the “one week only” items are the romantic hakama and romantic Japanese sandals. The “just arrived” item is a red hakama outfit bundle.
The latest wig is the romantic Japanese wig.
In the DIY store, the “one week only” items are the blue and brown tatami wallpapers, and the “just arrived” items are the white tatami wallpaper and the Japanese stone wall.
The “one week only” item is the brown Japanese sliding door, and the “just arrived” item is the white Japanese sliding door.
Lastly, there’s a food stand sign in the fixtures and fittings section of the DIY store.
My favorite items this week are the new wig and the kappa plushies and mask. Hideeni’s tree looks neat too. I hope we can put other plushies on it besides the fruits! The lanterns are nice too.
Although I’d like to purchase the food from the latest food stand, I’m starting to think it’s pointless to keep buying stands because there’s nowhere for me to put them all. I wish we could just buy food normally in the food shop instead of buying stands. What do you think?
I’m not sure how I feel about the bundles. It’s nice when the bundle gives you a deal, but I’d still like to see what’s inside before purchasing the latest clothing bundle. Also, on the subject of clothes, I can’t believe there are no clothes or wigs for boy pets again!
