There’s a new special fish in the Pet Society fish pond that was released today. It’s a Koi Fish, and it can be caught with any of the Japanese foods found in the Mystery Bento Boxes.
Momo caught one on her first try with green tea! The tea was still steaming even when in the pond. heehee! Good luck fishing!

There’s a new regular fish in the Pet Society fish pond that was released last Thursday. It’s a Saddle Valentini Puffe, and it can be caught with any type of bait.
Momo hasn’t caught one just yet, but when she does, I’ll update this post with a picture of her and the fish.

There’s a new special fish in the Pet Society fish pond. It’s a green eggfish, and it can be caught with the yellow flowers cupcake, green flowers cupcake and spring flowers sponge cake, which are available in the food shop.
Momo just caught one after fishing with two green flowers cupcakes. I think this new fish will get along with the shamrockfish. What do you think? Have you and your pet caught the green eggfish?

There’s a new special fish in the Pet Society fish pond. It’s a shamrockfish, and it can be caught with the shamrock cupcake and shamrock drink that are available in the food store as “this week’s special” items.

The long-awaited Valentine Heartfish was finally released into the Pet Society pond today. There was a lot of confusion surrounding the release of this fish. Playfish initially announced it was released Feb. 2nd, then after no players could catch it, Playfish said that the Valentine Heartfish had not been released and would not be released in the near future. Now, 23 days after the original announcement, Playfish has announced that the Valentine Heartfish can truly be caught from the pond. It’s taken a long time, but Playfish finally has sorted out the problem. I guess it’s better late then never.
The Valentine Heartfish is a special fish. To catch it, you will need to use the homegrown love cherries, which grow on the love tree, as your bait.
Momo just caught one! I’m so glad it’s finally in the pond.

Momo just caught one! Isn’t it cute? While fishing for the cactusfish, I finally caught my first green neon tetra. Yay! Great day for fishing.

After Playfish announced that a “Valentine Heartfish” was released in their official blog, no one could catch the fish. Presumably, we were supposed to use the love cherries, but the fish couldn’t be caught.
Eventually, through players’ questions, a Playfish Admin said there was a problem and the fish wasn’t released yet last week. Today there was an update on the non-fish:
“Sorry all, I’ve just checked up on this again, and it seems this isn’t fixed, and may not be getting fixed. 
So effectively it’s not released (as it can’t be caught), and seems it won’t be released (at least in the near future).
If I do hear anything further, I will try and let you all know, but this is the situation currently.”

Since there’s no Valentine Heartfish in the pond, and it doesn’t look like Playfish is going to fix the problem, please don’t waste your love cherries on any other Valentine’s foods to catch the fish. It’s really a shame that there isn’t a single free (non-Playfish Cash) Valentine fish for Pet Society players.
